Important Update – Folly Gardens Cheltenham Branch Closure
Following the temporary closure of this branch in March 2025 and subsequent update in October 2025, we have had to make the difficult decision that our Cheltenham branch will unfortunately remain permanently closed. All your services will be moved to our Bishops Cleeve or Walton Cardiff practice. Rest assured, your pets’ medical records will remain accessible, and you will continue to receive the dedicated and professional care that you’ve come to trust.
Consolidating our services across the two clinics will improve consistency to your pet’s care. You can also take advantage of the expanded facilities including laparoscopic surgical equipment, digital dental x-ray and endoscopy. Our Walton Cardiff branch can also offer CT imaging.
We remain committed to your pet’s preventative health and will continue to provide our Health Plan at all other branches.
In addition, we are pleased to continue offering our mobile consulting service. Our mobile vet van can bring veterinary care directly to your home, providing comfort for both you and your pets. This service incurs an additional fee of £60.00 (correct as of March 1st, 2026) and is particularly advantageous for households with multiple pets or for those who find clinic visits stressful.
