As Practice Manager, Rachel enjoys a varied role here at Folly. Rachel is responsible for recruitment of new staff, looking after the team, analysing data, as well as marketing our services and products available.
Rachel is also a qualified registered veterinary nurse. Her previous experience in the veterinary world all comes in handy, having taught Veterinary Nursing and worked for a large pharmaceutical company.
You may well have seen her two lovely tabby cats; dear old Rosie and younger Jim appearing on some of our Facebook feeds.
Outside of work Rachel enjoys trips to Pembrokeshire for surfing and ice cream with her family.
Suzie has worked with us her at Folly since Sept 2012, just after she got married. Suze has a varied role in administration - but keeping the client accounts tidy and looking after any paper work for insurance claims are the main parts of her job. A general paper work ‘wizz’ and all round insurance superstar, Suze spends a lot of her day chasing vets around to sign paperwork (ought to be an Olympic sport!) and ensures the smooth running of the practice.
Suzie enjoys working in a happy place with happy people and hopefully ensuring our clients are happy too!
Outside of work Suzie loves sport (good job too having to chase up those vets!), horses, walking her scruffy little terriers and generally being out and about in the countryside. ( we would add drinking wine....but that probably isn't appropriate!!)
Nicki qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 1999 and worked full time in nursing before moving to live in Southern Spain in 2013.
It is from her villa in Spain that Nicki carries out her job as Insurance Administrator. Using an internet based system she is able to complete and send claims for several of our major insurance companies, including Sainsburys and PetPlan.
When she's not sending insurance claims, Nicki is Mum to Ryan, who attends a Spanish school and she enjoys baking and decorating cakes for friends and family for their special occasions. She also enjoys family time, walking their Spanish dog Benson, around the hills surrounding their village.
